Solid Cylinder
V = π · r² · h
Where r is the radius and h is the height.

Common Questions
How do I convert diameter to radius?
The radius is exactly half of the diameter. If you have a diameter of 10, your radius is 5. The calculator handles this conversion automatically when you select "Diameter" mode.
What units should I use?
The volume will be in cubic units corresponding to your input. If you enter cm, the result is cm³. If you enter inches, the result is in³. Make sure all your inputs (radius, height) use the same unit before calculating.
How do I calculate the volume of a pipe?
A pipe is essentially a hollow cylinder. Switch the toggle at the top to "Hollow". You'll need the outer radius (or diameter) and the inner radius to calculate the material volume, excluding the empty center.
